Prevadu Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled/rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations and/or changes made less than 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without canceling or rescheduling in time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
