Prevadu is not an emergency care provider. The services are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency diagnosis.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Prevadu (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, mobile applications, and in-clinic services.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY SET FORTH THE IMPORTANT TERMS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICES.

You understand that by clicking “I ACCEPT”, “I AGREE”, or SIMILAR, or by accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not or cannot agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the services.

We reserve the right to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms of Service were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Service user interface, in an email notification, or through other reasonable means, if material changes were made. Unless otherwise stated in such update, any such changes will become effective immediately. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Service, so you are aware of any revisions. We may require you to provide consent to the updated Terms of Service in a specified manner before further use of the Service is permitted. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Service, you will not access, browse, or use (or continue to access, browse, or use) the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes to the Terms of Service become effective constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Services Description

Prevadu offers preventive health screening services, including but not limited to MRI scans, ultrasound tests, lab tests, genetic testing and consultation services. Prevadu is not a substitute for your primary care provider and does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. All results should be followed up with your licensed physician.

By using our Services, you assume full responsibility for your use of the Services and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from use of the Services.

3. User Data Submission and Predictive Insights

As part of the Services, you may be given the opportunity to upload your medical history and prior clinical records to Prevadu. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that Prevadu may use these records alongside your full-body scans and diagnostic tests for the purpose of generating AI-enhanced, preventative health insights. This includes but is not limited to predictive risk modeling, personalized recommendations, and trend analysis. You retain the right to request deletion or review of this data at any time.

4. Legal Relationship

Prevadu is not a licensed medical provider. Medical services are rendered by licensed physicians operating independently or under contract with Prevadu. You understand that engaging with Prevadu’s Services does not establish a physician-patient relationship with Prevadu itself.

5. Privacy & Use of Personal Information

At Prevadu, we respect the privacy of our users. Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, processing, storage, and use of your information for purposes related to service delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

6. Account Registration and Security

Before you are able to use the Services, you may be required to register for a user account. You agree to provide complete, accurate information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains complete, accurate and up-to-date. When you create your account, you will be asked to create a username and password, which you will be solely responsible for safeguarding. You agree not to disclose your username or password to any third party. You further acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions on or through your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. We reserve the right to disable any username, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services, hack or reverse-engineer software, misrepresent your identity, or violate local laws using our platform.

8. Insurance

Prevadu operates on a direct-payment model. We do not accept Egyptian public or private insurance plans at this time. All services must be paid in advance, via cash, debit/credit card, or through our authorized online gateway.

You are responsible for verifying with your insurer whether you may claim reimbursement for our services.

9. Appointments, Payments & Refunds

Full payment or deposit is required at booking. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours and No-shows are non-refundable.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

10. Data Hosting and Security

All personal and health data are encrypted and stored on secure servers compliant with applicable regional privacy laws. We follow industry best practices to ensure data security.

11. Virtual Consultations Consent

If you use our virtual consultation services, you consent to consultations occurring over digital communication technologies. You acknowledge that: There may be technical limitations. – You may decline or discontinue virtual consultations at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Prevadu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee that results are comprehensive or error-free.

13. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Ownership & License

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, site content, and software, remains the property of Prevadu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

15. Messages

You acknowledge that by providing your mobile device number, you agree to receive automated text messages from Prevadu about your account and the Service.

16. Consent to electronic communications

Authorized representatives from Prevadu may contact you via the Service, email, phone or text messages concerning Prevadu Services you have purchased and/or to discuss potential findings, concerns, or health risks identified through your scans and medical records. This may include scheduling follow-up consultations, recommend additional diagnostic services, or provide early guidance based on identified trends. Such communication is part of Prevadu’s commitment to proactive, preventive care and is conducted with full respect to your privacy and consent preferences.

17. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, or international law or regulation
• Share any content that (i) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (ii) you do not have a right to upload under any Law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (iv) poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person; (v) is illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (vi) is false, misleading, or otherwise deceptive
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Prevadu, a Prevadu employee, another user or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Prevadu or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
• Monetize the Service Content through advertising, subscriptions or other means
• Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the Content or other material on the Services.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the Content or material on the Services, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms, without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Services.
• Attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

18. Indemnity and Release

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Prevadu and their respective affiliates, employees, directors, service providers, licensors, and agents (collectively, “Related Parties”) harmless from any from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of, or inability to use, the Service, any User Content, your connection to the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service or your violation of any rights of another, or (iii) your violation of any Laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will have no obligation to indemnify or hold harmless any Related Party from or against any liability, losses, damages or expenses incurred as a result of  any unconscionable commercial practice by such Related Party or for such Related Party’s fraud, deception, false promise, misrepresentation or concealment, suppression or omission of any material fact in connection with the Site or any Service provided hereunder.
